EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR POSITION
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with statewide budgetary provisions and fiscal conditions
- Experience at the administration or supervisorial level planning, organizing and directing work with a multi-disciplinarian professional administrative staff
- Demonstrated experience providing effective and efficient staff development and team building
- Experience with marketing positive media and community relations
- Experience with implementing federal and state legislative mandates and compliance for charter schools
- Experience working with local school boards, school districts, charter schools and charter authorizers
