A valid California Administrative Credential authorizing service as a secondary school administrator, possession of a Master’s Degree and 5 years teaching, counseling or coordinator experience. Desirable qualifications: ability to promote accurate communication between administration and staff; the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; understanding of current research in curriculum and instruction. Spanish desirable. CLAD or BCLAD preferred.
All applications will be kept strictly confidential. Selection Process The qualifications of each applicant will be evaluated in a multi-step process using specific criteria. The adopted criteria will be utilized during the application screening, interviewing and final decision making process. After the application screening is completed, the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and the Superintendent will determine those candidates to be interviewed. Interviews will be conducted in early December, and finalists may be invited to return for an additional interview with the Principal and Superintendent.
